We had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The room was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location, right across from a large shopping center, was perfect for us. We had plenty of dining options and shopping opportunities just a stone's throw away.

The hotel facilities were great, and the large rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were always helpful, and their command of English was excellent.

Even vegans can find something that suits them. The rooms are large and clean, with great facilities like a mall academy voucher.

The noise from traffic was quite loud, and the rooms did not seem to have double glazing to reduce the noise levels. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was also poor, requiring guests to go downstairs to use the lobby Wi-Fi.
